Tacos with Beyond Meat Crumbles

This might be one of my favorite lunches ever and can be easily packed and assembled on the go. It’s so simple to make, just heat about 1/2 of a cup of frozen Beyond Meat crumbles in a skillet with a teaspoon of olive oil and taco seasoning. The instructions for how long to cook the crumbles can be found on the back of the bag but I usually heat mine for about 3- 5 minutes on medium.

Add your beef crumble mixture to a pre-made hard or soft taco shell and top with chopped romaine lettuce and tomatoes. I also drizzle siracha on mine.
